Our Hiring Process
We’ve designed a straightforward, driver-focused hiring process that gets you on the road quickly—without the runaround.
Step 1
Apply & Prescreen
Submit your online application. Our team will review your experience and reach out within 24–48 hours to discuss next steps.
Step 2
Submit Documents
Provide the required documents — Class A CDL, Medical Card, and Social Security Card.
Step 3
Clearinghouse Consent & Background Check
We’ll request your consent to run the FMCSA Clearinghouse query and complete a standard background check to verify compliance and safety history.
Step 4
Drug Test
Complete a DOT-required drug screening. We’ll schedule and coordinate everything for you.
Step 5
Onboarding & Training
Once cleared, you’ll go through onboarding and paid, route-specific training to prepare for success.
Step 6
Hit the Road
Welcome aboard! You’ll enjoy weekly pay, routes, and the support you need — every mile of the way.
